Alec Wilding

Title: Designer of Hypothetical Things on Screens (aka Draftsman)

Meet Alec Wilding, a proud United States Marine Corps veteran with a keen eye for architecture, holding a Bachelor’s Degree from New England Tech. A Tiverton native now living in Fall River, Alec has a deep appreciation for freshwater spots across Rhode Island and the great outdoors. Known for his easy-going nature and exceptional attention to detail, he brings both precision and a friendly smile to every project he tackles.

Melissa Breen

Title: Chemist of Conceptualization (aka Managing Partner)

Melissa Breen, a Navy Brat with New England roots, found her home in Rhode Island back in 1992. She blends an undergraduate degree from URI in Textiles, Fashion Merchandising, and Design with a Master’s in Creative Management to create vibrant, thoughtful designs. You might find Melissa enjoying the beach, soaking up local culture at Newport events, or relishing the area’s culinary delights. Her design inspirations come from visiting historic towns such as Charleston, SC and enjoying the diverse atmospheres of NYC’s bustling food scene. Melissa’s clients cherish her straightforward, easygoing approach and her knack for making any space feel like home. Oh, and she absolutely loves tacos—she’d happily eat them every day!

Jeff Moniz

Title: Inspirational Design Optimist & Dream Crusher (aka Managing Partner)

Jeff Moniz, who hails from Portsmouth and now calls Newport home, carries his passion for the ocean into both his personal and professional life. A Roger Williams School of Architecture alum, Jeff finds joy in surfing, fishing, and coaching youth sports. His design inspirations stem from exploring new eateries and cities, bringing a touch of freshness and excitement to his projects. Jeff is all about making design accessible and fun. He treasures family time and good punk music.

Kristen Fagan

Title: Charmer of Design and Finder of Things (aka Lead Interior Designer)

Kristen Fagan, a FIT alum with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design, is deeply rooted in Middletown’s community. She finds inspiration in her travels, especially from unique hotels and restaurants around the world. When she’s not busy designing, Kristen might be found chasing her three kids or hunting for treasures in antique shops and estate sales. Her clients love her attention to detail and her ability to spot the extraordinary in the ordinary. Kristen’s extensive experience and personal touch make her a standout in the world of interior design.

Tina Behan

Title: Patron of Ideas (aka Junior Designer)

Say hello to Tina Behan, a dynamic, self-taught interior designer originally from outside Boston. Her career path took a creative detour from nursing to design, where she now applies her nurturing spirit to beautifying spaces. Living in Newport, Tina enjoys leisurely walks with her dog, GusGus, and balances her time as a part-time labor and delivery nurse. Though newer to client interactions in the design world, Tina’s fresh perspective and infectious enthusiasm make her a delightful addition to any project.
